Louis Vuitton Pop Up Hotel Opening

Last week Brix and I were honoured to be invited to the opening of the new Louis Vuitton Hotel London Pop Up Experience in Berkeley Square. In celebration of the 130th anniversary of the iconic LV monogram, Louis Vuitton have transformed a london townhouse into a multi storied love story to the LV heritage. The idea harks back to the early days of the brand in the 19th century, when the brand catered for the priviledged who were engaging in the then new pastime of luxury travel.

Nestled in the heart of London’s Mayfair, guests are invited to discover the Louis Vuitton Hotel from April 24th, an ephemeral pop-up experience dedicated to honouring 130 years of the House's legendary Monogram, this timeless and enduring iconic symbol of heritage, craftmanship and ongoing innovation.

There is a tea room named Cafe Alma, after the Alma bag, serving british teas,  and a cocktail bar called Bar Noé named in honour of the Noé bag, which transforms into a vibrant Mayfair destination, with a curated lineup of DJs on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.

There is also a repair service available in the lobby, to highlight the durability and sustainability of quality craftsmanship.

It all felt very luxurious and timeless, and we are thankful to our dear friends at the private coincierge service 48London for the invite.
